1. Rooibos Tea
Rooibos tea is made from the leaves of the red bush plant. This leaf is a plant that grows only in South Africa near Cape Town. What makes rooibos tea particularly good for a slim belly is because of its powerful flavonoid called asparacin.
It reduces stress hormones, reduces appetite and fat storage, and helps prevent high blood pressure and metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular disease, insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes.
2. White tea
White tea is naturally dried in the sun and contains abundant antioxidants (3 times higher polyphenols than green tea). White tea promotes fat breakdown and inhibits the formation of fat cells.
3. Mint tea
Certain odors stimulate hunger or reduce appetite. Fill a large cup with mint tea, savor the smell, and your appetite will disappear. Putting a few drops of peppermint oil on your pillow before bed or burning a peppermint candle can also help curb your appetite.
4. Oolong Tea
Oolong tea is armed with an ingredient called catechins. Catechins help you lose weight by increasing your metabolism.
5. Green tea
Drinking green tea before exercise can speed up fat burning. This is because of the catechins found in green tea. This ingredient prevents the formation of fat cells in the body and maximizes the liver’s ability to convert fat into energy.
